Royal Mail 24/48 (CRL) Non-Tracked: Your package will normally be delivered within 2 - 3 Working Days*, however delays are to be expected at busy times. This is a non-tracked service but does include a delivery confirmation.

 

*Working Days are typically Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

NB: Order before 3pm for same day dispatch - orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following day.

Terms & Conditions of Delivery;

IMPORTANT: By proceeding through the online checkout you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions of Delivery;

01. *Refunds on orders that contain Free Shipping:

We are happy to offer Free Shipping to customers who order and keep goods to a value which exceeds the Free Ship threshold. 

If however a customer returns goods bringing their transaction value below the Freeship threshold that order will not qualify for free shipping.

As per these Terms & Conditions of Return / Terms & Conditions of Free Shipping: If a customer returns items bringing their total to below the Freeship Threshold, a delivery charge will be applied and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.

02. Entering your shipping information in the checkout.

It is essential that you enter the correct delivery information into the checkout. We operate a fully integrated system whereby the precise delivery information that is entered into the checkout is what appears on your Order Confirmation and in turn your Shipping Label - DV8 Fashion do not edit or review this information between Checkout and Dispatch. DV8 Fashion can therefor not accept any responsibility for any error or omittion in the Delivery Information that appears on the Shipping Label. If a package is lost or delivered to the incorrect property due to an error on the shipping label the entire responsibility of this remains with the individual who entered the information into the checkout.

Please note: We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed so it is essential that all information is entered correctly in the checkout.

03. Resolving Delays and other issues with the Couriers.

At DV8 your satisfaction is the most important thing to us and we will of course do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your order on time. However, when delays or issues occur with the delivery of your Order, the Courier will require the Addressee (the person the goods are addressed to) to liaise with them in order to resolve this issue - we cannot do this on your behalf. This is because the Courier will most likely require specific information that only the Addressee will know, for example, what time will someone be at home to sign for the package?, Where is a safe place to leave the package?, How do they find your property if it has no house number?

By proceeding through the checkout you are confirming that you understand this and all the other Terms & Conditions of Delivery.

04. Deliveries to multiple occupancies, business addresses and other non-secure locations.

We highly recommend that you ship your DV8 order to your home address where a limited number of people are able to take receipt of your package. We do not recommend shipping to addresses of multiple occupancy, business addresses and non-secure locations (hereafter referred to generally as Non-Secure Locations) as often problems arise where packages are delivered, but the addressee is unable to locate the package because someone else has taken receipt of it. Should you choose to deliver a Non-Secure Location DV8 will consider the package as delivered if that is the status of the package with the delivery company. DV8 fashion can not be held responsible for what happens to your package after it is delivered to a Non-Secure Location. Should you choose to have your package delivered to a premises of Non-Secure Location DV8 will not be responsible for locating the package once it has been delivered, nor will we be responsible for liaising with couriers / postal services to locate the package. In choosing to ship to a Non-Secure Location you are taking full responsibility for the package once it has been classed as delivered by our couriers. In proceeding through the checkout you are accepting this and all other Terms & Conditions of Delivery.

05. Order Handling Times.

Delivery times stated do not include the Handling Time for us to process your order. Although we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00pm on the same day, we cannot guarantee to do so. Handling Times may apply and can occasionally be 2-3 Working days and increase beyond that at peak times such as Sale times or the Christmas period. This should be considered if you require the item(s) for a specific date and are placing your order at a peak time. For example if you select a three working day delivery option, it is not guaranteed that your item will arrive in three days. It may be that your order takes 2-3 Working Days to process, then it is dispatched and from that point to your doorstep will take a further three days.

05b. Exclusions and Bank Holidays

UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

  • New Years Day.
  • St Patrick's Day.
  • Good Friday.
  • Easter Monday.
  • Easter Tuesday.
  • May Day.
  • Spring Bank Holiday.
  • July 12th & 13th.
  • Summer Bank Holiday
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day

06. Free Shipping Definition.

Free Shipping refers exclusively, to qualifying orders being shipped from DV8 Fashion to the Customer. Free Shipping does not refer to orders being shipped from the Customer back to DV8, (referred to by is as "Returns"). We do not offer Free Returns on any orders regardless of the cost of the order, unless we have shipped you a defective item or one that is not as described.

07. PO Boxes and Parcel Stop.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Stop / Parcel Locker locations.

Any orders shipping to a PO Box, Parcel Stop or Parcel Locker will be cancelled and refunded.

Please allow 3-5 Working Days for all refunds to process into you Bank Account - this is your Bank's processing time and is beyond our control.

08. Third Party Terms & Conditions.

Your purchase is subject to DV8's Terms and Conditions as outlined on this website.

In addition, the delivery of your goods are subject to the Terms & Conditions of our couriers.
