You do not need to contact us for a Returns Number. Just fill out the handy form on the back of your invoice and include it with the products you're returning, it’s as easy as that.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date printed on the front of your invoice. All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, swing tags, labeling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item . Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to with hold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item un saleable.
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement.
Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.
Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty. Unfortunately we are unable to process returns bought online, in any of our stores. Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment.
