Please note we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to the Channel Islands & BFPO addresses. UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

WHEN WE DELIVER

Royal Mail typically deliver Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm and Saturday 7am – 1pm (Sunday is not classed as a working day).

A signature is not required if you have qualified for our FREE Standard Delivery Service or have selected 1st

Standard. A signature is requested upon delivery if you have ordered using our Express Service. If you're not in when

Royal Mail first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card. Follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to arrange a redelivery of your order or alternatively you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

MOBILE TEXT UPDATES

You can also select to receive mobile updates on the progress of your delivery by entering your mobile number at checkout. On the day of your order you will receive an SMS confirming your delivery date and you will receive another

SMS on the day of delivery to confirm your item/s are on their way. Once Royal Mail have delivered your order they will send you an SMS confirming same.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Special Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all mainland UK and Northern Ireland standard orders in three working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within five working days. During busy periods, please allow up to ten working days.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all mainland UK and Northern Ireland special delivery orders on the day after the order is placed. Special delivery is available for orders placed before noon Monday - Friday. Unfortunately this service is unavailable on Saturday and Sundays.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive and will arrive with your local Postman. Deliveries to these areas will arrive within three working days.

All customers who select special delivery and include their mobile telephone number at the checkout will receive a text message with delivery updates. On the day of delivery, Royal Mail will also text you to advise an approximate time frame when they will be delivering your order

TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order you’ll need the tracking number that we sent to you in your despatch confirmation email. This service is only available for Special Delivery customers.

UK CUSTOMERS

If you have lost your tracking number, simply log in to your account, select the order, and click on the 'tracking number' link under the order summary box. You will be directed to Royal Mail where you can view the status of your order.

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return your purchase to exchange it for another size or product, this can be done in any one of our shops.

If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, this must be done via the return proceedure outlined on your invoice/dispatch note. We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by recorded post within 14 days of receipt, or to your nearest store in the UK or Republic of Ireland (excluding department stores). Fill out the form on the back of your Dispatch Note and include it with the products you're returning, it’s as easy as that. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Exchanges must also be returned within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, barcode tags, labelling, branding etc. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged or is any condition that we deem renders the item unfit for resale. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement. Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded. Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment. If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'Buy 2 for @ £25.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds pierced jewellery or underwear. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.

Please note, all special collection items marked with an '**' in their description on the site and on your order confirmation can only be returned to our warehouse. Our stores will be unable to return these items for you.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the DV8 barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned to dv8fashion.com must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

Please note you do not need to contact us for a Returns Number and dv8fashion.com CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE POST so we recommend returning items using a recorded/tracked delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service, therefore delivery charges are non-refundable unless the garment is faulty.

DV8 stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland can only offer exchanges or credit notes for purchases made from dv8fashion.com. Any items that you require a full refund on must be posted back to our Head Office address below. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please simply fill out the form on the back of your dispatch note and return the item(s) to us. We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement. Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty.

NOTE: Please be careful when trying products on ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard and PayPal.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check out stage.

We may also use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Credit Reference Agency or Fraud Prevention Scheme.

At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.

If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our Privacy Policy.

ONLINE SHOPPING MADE SAFE

To offer you a safer shopping experience when using your credit card online, we are working together with Visa and MasterCard.

Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode follow the same principles as Chip and Pin, by helping to protect your card against unauthorised use when you shop via the Internet.

If your bank or card issuer is already a part of this scheme, then you might have already noticed the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode page appear when you last made a purchase with a participating retailer. This scheme:

  • Allows you to shop online with added security and peace of mind.
  • Helps to prevent unauthorised purchases.
  • Set up a personal password that is linked to your card only, and not to your computer.

HOW IT WORKS

When you reach the checkout process at dv8fashion.com you will have the opportunity to register for either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

Simply sign-up for the service following the online instructions that are linked directly to your card issuer, set up your new personal password once your card issuer has confirmed your identity, and continue shopping.

This is a one-off registration process, so you will be able to use the same password for all future purchases you make with participating retailers.
