Haven't received an email from us?
Please check your Junk Mail / Spam Folder before submitting a query to us relating to an unreceived email. All of our Confirmation, Dispatch and Collection emails are system generated and sent to the email address that has been specified in the checkout. If you have not received one of these the most likely reason is that your email filters have filtered it away from your inbox.
