Read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.
Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organise into whites, darks and colours.
Follow the care label washing temperature as the highest permitted temperature. But if you are unsure, always wash at a lower
temperature rather than higher.
Turn garment inside out before washing.
Use too much detergent.
Use fabric detergents which contain bleach.
Tumble dry garment unless indicated on the care label.
Iron prints, trims or embellishments.
Leave garments with white and contrast coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods.
Leave garments with metal trims to soak.
We recommend treating suede & nubuck with an appropriate protector before wear. A suede brush will help to keep the nap raised & the suede looking new.
If your shoes get wet, stuff them with newspaper and dry naturally, away from a direct heat source. This will prevent the outer materials drying out and cracking.
Unless otherwise stated, trainers and canvas shoes should not go in the washing machine. If they get dirty, let them dry and remove the excess dirt with a clean bush or cloth.
For heeled products, check top pieces (heel tips) regularly & when they start to wear down take them to a good shoe repair shop and have them replaced to avoid slipping or causing further damage to your shoes.
When purchasing leather products from DV8 please remember that it is a natural product & some variations between pairs in terms of colour and finishes may occur.

ORDER HANDLING TIME;
Delivery times stated do not include our handling time for processing your order. Although we often post on the same day, Handling Times can occasionally be 1-2 Working days and increase at peak times. The Handling Time should be considered when placing an order if you require the item(s) for a specific date. For example if you select a three working day delivery option, it is not guaranteed that your item will arrive in three days, this is simply the time from dispatch, to your doorstep. A Handling Time may apply prior to your item being dispatched.

At this time, we are unable ship to the Channel Islands & BFPO addresses.
UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

WHEN WE DELIVER
Royal Mail typically deliver Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm and in some areas Saturday 7am – 1pm (Sunday is not classed as a working day).
A signature is not required if you have qualified for our FREE Standard Delivery Service or have selected 1st Standard.
A signature is requested upon delivery if you have ordered using our Express Service.
If you're not in when Royal Mail first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card. Follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to arrange a redelivery of your order or alternatively you can collect the parcel from your local post office.
CLICK & COLLECT
You can buy online and then collect your order from any DV8 store FREE OF CHARGE.
Items will be delivered within 7 working days (Monday - Friday)
How to Use Click & Collect
1. Place your order online. Select which store you would like to collect your order.
2. We will let you know when your parcel arrives in your chosen store. We will send you an email when your items are ready for collection.
3. Go to the Click & Collect desk to pick up your order. When you arrive in-store, please go to the checkout desk to pick up your order.
4. IMPORTANT! What to bring when collecting:
1. A copy of your confirmation, dispatch, or ready for collection email.
2. The card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a driving license or passport).
Someone Collecting on Your Behalf
If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring the items listed above to the Buy & Collect desk with your written permission.
Collect Within 10 Days
If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, please contact us via the Contact Us section of our site to arrange an alternative date for collection. We will keep your order at your chosen store for ten days from the date of delivery to the store.
After this period, you will be contacted to extend the collection date or to have a refund via your original method of payment and the item/s returned to our warehouse.
WEB-ORDERS (in-store purchase)
You can order from dv8fashion.com using our tablets in-store. Payment is taken by the store for any goods purchased. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to exchange or refund it, please return to any one of our DV8 Stores – we are unable to accept returned items at DV8 Online, for goods that have been purchased using our Web-Order Service.
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Special Delivery.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK and Northern Ireland standard orders in three working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within five working days. During busy periods, please allow up to ten working days.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK and Northern Ireland special delivery orders on the day after the order is placed. Special delivery is available for orders placed before noon Monday - Friday. Unfortunately this service is unavailable on Saturday and Sundays.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive and will arrive with your local Postman. Deliveries to these areas will arrive within five working days.
All customers who select special delivery and include their mobile telephone number at the checkout will receive a text message with delivery updates. On the day of delivery, Royal Mail will also text you to advise an approximate time frame when they will be delivering your order

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the form on the back of your Dispatch Note and include it with the products you're returning, it’s as easy as that. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Exchanges must also be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs for returned items unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, barcode tags, labelling, branding etc. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged or is any condition that we deem renders the item unfit for resale. Any shoes returned to dv8fashion.com must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. If you require an exchange, for example a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement. Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded. Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment. If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'Buy 2 for @ £25.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds pierced jewellery or underwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.
Please note you do not need to contact us for a Returns Number.
dv8fashion.com CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE POST so we recommend returning items using a 1st Class Recorded/Tracked delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service, therefore delivery charges are non-refundable unless the garment is faulty.
DV8 stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland do not offer refunds on items ordered from dv8fashion.com. A credit note will be issued instead or an exchange may be given.
