Order before 3pm for delivery in approximatley 2-5 Working Days.

This service is not tracked, however when delivered will include a delivery confirmation.

 

EXPRESS | DHL | 1-2 Working Days | Tracked & Signed

Order before 3pm for delivery in 1-2 Working Days*.

97% of all packages are currently being delivered on the next Working Day, with the remaining 3% being delivered on the second Working Day.

This service contains full end-to-end tracking and the option to manage your delivery through the DHL App.

 

Definition of "Working Days".

"Working Days" are classed as all days, with the exception of, Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays.

 

Same Day Dispatch.

We are able to offer Same Day Dispatch on orders placed before 3pm.

Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next Working Day.

Any order placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped on a Monday*.

 

Weekends & Bank Holidays;

*As our couriers do not collect from us on weekends or Bank Holidays we cannot offer Same Day Dispatch on orders placed over weekends / Bank Holidays.

 

Reasonable exceptions;

At our busiest times, for example the busy Christmas period and Sale times, it may not always be possible to dispatch on the same day, however we will always do our best to do so.
