DV8 Returns Guarantee

Returning your Online Purchase to Store;

Our Returns Policy: We promise to exchange or refund any items that you have purchased online and are not completely happy with, when you return them to us in-store, in saleable condition, within 21 days of the dispatch date.

What you need to do to return your goods: Please return your unwanted item(s) to our in-store team along with the paperwork that you recieved in your parcel. Please be aware that this paperwork is your proof-of-purchase and our store teams will be unable to accept your return if this paperwork is not supplied.

All Online Orders being returned to Store are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Return outlined below.

Returning your Online Purchase via Post;

Returning a Website order that you have paid for in-store;

Our Returns Policy: We promise to exchange or refund any items that you have purchased online and are not completely happy with, when you return them to us in-store, in saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt.

What you need to do to return your goods: Please return your unwanted item(s) to our in-store team along with the in-store reciept that you recieved on the day that you placed the order.

NB: We cannot accept postal returns for In-Store Purchases. All items that were paid for In-Store must be returned to one of our retail stores.

Terms & Conditions of Return;

01. All items must be in resellable condition: All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, barcode tags, labelling, branding etc. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged or is any condition that we deem renders the item unfit for resale. Any shoes returned to dv8fashion.com must not be worn, and must be returned in their original undamaged box - the box forms part of the product and therfor if it is damaged the shoes may be deemed unfit for resale. Please be careful when trying products on ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition.

02. Refunds on orders that contain Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping to customers who's order exceeds the Free Ship threshold. For example in the UK all orders over £49 qualify for Free Shipping. Terms & Conditions of refund: If a customer places an order for 2 items at £24.99 each, totaling £49.98, they would qualify for Free Shipping. However if the customer then returns one item and keeps the other, their spend will actually be £24.99, in which case a delivery charge of £3.95 should be applied. Therefore, on refunding the item that is being returned the £3.95 will be deducted from the refund and so the refunded amount would be £21.04. The customer in this case will have spent £28.94 (£24.99 for the goods kept + £3.95 shipping).

03. Refunds on orders that contain "2 For X " Offers: If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'Buy 2 for @ £25.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

04. Refunds on orders that were part of a "3 For 2" Offer: If you return any items purched as part of a 3 For 2 Offer the discount that was recieved at the checkount will be deducted from the first item returned - reversing the 3 For 2 Offer. If you return the cheepest item (which was free) you will not recive a refund as you had not paid any monetary value for the item. Please refer to our "Exchange Policy" for further information.

05. Items Exempt from our Returns Policy: For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer accept returns on pierced jewellery or underwear*. We also cannot accept returns on body suits if the hygiene strip has been removed* - *(unless your item has a fault, it is not as described or is of unsatisfactory quality). This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

06. Returning items to us: We cannot take responsibility for items that customers are returning to us but are lost on the post, so we recommend returning items using a 1st Class Recorded/Tracked delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service, therefore delivery charges are non-refundable unless the garment is faulty.

07. If something went wrong: If the product that you receive is faulty, or not what you purchased, then please simply write this on your dispatch note and return it along with the item(s) to us. We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require us to resolve the issue by redispatching the item, or refunding you. Delivery costs will also be refunded if the product is faulty/incorrect. Please ensure that you clearly write on the paperwork that you require a refund of postage and where applicable we will then refund the value on the stamp on the packaging.

Exchanges via post;

We can only process an exchange of size when you return via post (subject to availability).

Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product we will have to process that by issuing you with a refund* for the initial purchase and the you may place a fresh order for the item that you now require. Delivery Charges for the second order may apply. *If you purchased your item in a 3 For 2 Deal please refer to Section 04 to see how this affects your refund.

If you would prefer to return to one of our Retail Stores then the  you can also exchange your items there.(subject to availability).

*For customer's based outside UK / Ireland wishing to exchange we will provide you with a quotation for the cost of re-shipping your goods. The cost that we quote will be significanlty less than the standard rate that you would pay at the Post Office as we benifit from a more competitive Business Rate and will pass those savings onto you.

Refund processing time;

All refunds are processed within 48hrs of the goods being recieved by us. The length of time which refunds take to show in your account may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Please note: We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs for returned items unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

Returns Policy for In-Store Purchases;

For items purchased through our retail stores we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or Credit Note for any merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase, providing goods are in their original condition, unworn, with all labels & packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges can be made within 28 days of the original purchase under the above conditions.

We regret that for hygiene reasons swimwear, underwear and earrings are non-returnable.

Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange, including Credit Card receipt where you have paid by this method.

To prevent Credit card fraud and general refund fraud you will be required to provide your name, address and telephone number as part of the refund transaction. In accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR, your information will not be used for marketing purposes or given to any organisation outside DV8 Fashion, other than statutory government bodies where we are required by law to provide it.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

All returns & exchanges must be made in the same country in which the purchase was made.
